This is, perhaps, the most extraordinary thing I have read by you. At first I was was nearly overwhelmed by the nautical terms — I know zero about sailing. Then I was so caught up in your character’s struggle that I forgot that I had no idea what half the things in that boat actually were. I just knew that it was one woman against the elements, a brave, determined, knowledgeable woman — one that could take on the world as well as the weather. Nice work!
