Sounds reasonable--and a lot healthier! I am one of those annoying people (skeptics) of all diets and especially of all nutritionists. No one seems to really know what is good for you and what is not (as far as food). That said, I have always tried to eat plenty of natural foods, fruit and vegetables, and avoid anything processed. I drink what I feel like--mostly lemonade--and occasionally a half of a Coke. I drink wine and liquor when I feel like it. I exercise because I like to be outdoors and work in the garden. I have maintained my ideal weight forever, without changing my diet. I understand that going from bad habits to good is necessary to regain or achieve good health. But the best advice I think is simple: eat less, eat better, exercise more, get rest and don't fall!
