Sorry to tell you this, but my wife is an ace at making flan. She recently made it while my granddaughter was visiting, but she makes it about once a month. She just finished a batch of alcapurrias and froze them — I had a large bunch of green bananas and some yautía. Plátanos will be ready in about a month (but we have frozen tostones. TG for freezers.) I only grow a few plants to avoid waste!
