It’s no comparison, but I spent TG alone at home. I was too ill to travel to GA, so I volunteered to stay on the mountain and care for the cats.
I have virtually no neighbors, so no one was nearby to invite me or to share my turkey breast.
I say it is no comparison since you had hosted so many on holidays. That just helps confirm my dwindling faith in humanity. I could have been a hypocrite and joined one of the three Pentecostal churches within a mile of me, but I preferred to stay home with the pets. They are much quieter! (I worked, too, on the fifth of the stories about the people I have been thankful for.) Be strong. You are.
