I think that is the situation for many people who do not live in ideal places: walkable, with shops, public transportation, car services, etc. Most of us live in the real world, as many of these comments attest.

My wife and I chose to live in a remote area. So, our option seems to be to dump the car and move. That terrifies me more than giving up our car. Another option is to hire a full-time driver like Hollywood royalty. If I win the lottery, that’s what I will do!!
